If you're missing a box from your order the first step is to check your phone! Not only do we send you a text when your order leaves our warehouse, we also send you a sneaky text when your items are delivered! If we can't deliver everything all in one go, we'll send you a text to let you know and to give you an updated ETA of any remaining items!
If your delivery has been marked as complete and you're still missing something, you can give us a call or drop our customer service team an email via our website form
To help us better support you, we ask if you can have ready when you call, or include the following information when you email:
- Order Number;
- What items you've received; and
- What items you're missing
